A striking example of Mediterranean Revival architecture. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was designed and built by Walter E. Stuckert. The ground floor is clad in smooth cast stone blocks, articulated with corner quoins. Voussoirs surround the large, elliptically arched windows on either side of the entrance, while iron balconies in front of these windows contribute to the Mediterranean character of the building. Units feature stucco walls, hardwood floors and abundant windows.
